I have 5 acres in western new york and I plan to cut the grass and snowblow with this tractor. Does anyone have any good or negative information about this tractor. And is it big enough to cur all 5 acres of grass. It's got a 60 inch cutter and a 50 inch snowblower. Is it enough for my land. The price is $12,000 for everything. Too much or is this a fair price?

There is at least one upstate New Yorker, who has a BX with a snow blower, who has posted on http://www.tractorbynet.com. It can easily handle 5 acres mowing. As for the price, looking at Carver Equipment as a good indicator (they have very competitive prices, http://carverequipment.com/), it shows that the same package would cost ($9,995 + $3,238). So the $12k looks good. ....
